And now...well, who, if anyone, created a situation in which criminal acts were allowed/aided leading up to the events? If some of these folks were bused in, who did the busing? If some of them were paid protestors, who paid them? And, what about the culpability of the mayor of Kenosha and especially the governor of WI?
