She’s up for re-election, just like EVERY house member is up for re election every 2 years. Her votes can be confirmed by January 3rd, before the presidential election (Jan 21). IF the votes aren’t in for the presidential election by Jan 21, the SENATE chooses, which is mostly Republican. IF they can’t decide the house votes, but each state gets 1 vote. Most states are RED and will all get a vote, Trump will win that. IF they can’t decide that vote, it will go to Chick Grassley, the President pro tempore BEFORE Pelosi. Which will be A TEMPORARY ACTING President until the election is confirmed.
In other words, Pelosi will never be president and any ACTING President will only be in for a few days/weeks with no real power. If the senate chooses it’ll be Trump, if Chuck Grassley gets it, they will give it to Trump.
