Yea lots of users route their traffic thru those two countries which is why they tend to be in 2nd and 3rd place for traffic on this website. Of course there probably are people form those country over here, but I know when I am trying to be secure I route my traffic thru Switzerland. I may even use a double VPN and route my traffic thru Malaysia and Switzerland, but rarely do I feel the need for that.
