You are addressing the symptoms, not the causes.The primary cause is nothing more than competition over scarce resources.
One would imagine alphas (producers) entirely dominate, but that's not necessarily the case. Betas (takers) have effective lay and wait strategies as well.
That's why in animal husbandry, it's understood that while alphas are busy protecting their domains, betas do manage to sneak in every now and then.
That's why commies can only exploit that which already exists. As such, they exhibit classic beta behavior and reproductive strategies.

In the orthodox synagogues and the more traditional congregations yes, but the reform synagogues are as left as you can be and preach social justice instead of Torah.
