Once homeless people are allowed to live on the sidewalks, it is no longer safe for anyone else.
Despite the fact that ADA is a civil rights law, it is no longer enforced in favor of homeless vagrants.
Why the Feds don't come down hard on cities that willfully ignore ADA is beyond comprehesion.
And forcing able bodied people into the street to avoid encampments is dangerous.
