Oh, I misunderstood who you were talking about. The legal system lumped all sex offenders with pedophiles over the last 20 years or so. Not all sex offenders are pedophiles, but all pedophiles are sex offenders. No different than calling immigrants illegal aliens. Not all immigrants are illegal aliens, but all illegal aliens are criminals.
