The molotov is looking to be incorrect but the rest is accurate. Seems that Pedo Manlet threw his plastic bag at Kyle as some sort of distraction before trying to tackle him. Lived as a villain, wanted to be remembered as a hero to the commies, died like a punk.

An empty bag does not go that far...it had something in it!

A brick? They love bricks.

Bag with a bottle in it. The bag reflecting the light of the fires made it look lit.

definitely not empty, might have been spray paint cans? The things in the bag looked cylindrical to me in the videos from earlier in the night.

He died way too humanely for a convicted pedophile.

Probably feces. The BLM terrorists in Portland were throwing balloons and plastic bags with their crap inside on Blue Lives Matter peaceful protesters. On the other hand police arrested a bunch of these same terrorists with gasoline in their vehicles. A little gasoline in a plastic bag is enough to start a fire. Let’s not forget a bag full of gasoline would be too heavy for most of the terrorists to throw far.

Agree, but hold the line until Nov. 4th

Agree. Defend you and yours. Don’t go looking for trouble because you will find it.

However I wouldn’t feel bad for the guy. I mean. These idiots literally are trying to defund the police. What, exactly, do they think that leaves as far as choices for the protection of the average citizen? Please blm, get rid of the only thing preventing your dismantle and public execution.

For what its worth, facebook has also weighed in and designated the shooting as a “mass murder”. Insane clown world these people live in.

I respect in these cases that you still have to investigate and make efforts to establish it wasn't a crime. However the immediate jump to first degree murder is absurd. There is easily obtainable evidence contrary to that but even if they were somehow lacking in their ability to access that it's rather a quick leap to the worst.

I do wonder however if someone might have done that to ultimately sabotage it. If they have to do that however then it really raises serious questions about what it's like on the inside if that's what you have to pull to avoid a travesty of justice.

Better yet, charge the prosecutor.

Just getting off from trumped up charges isn't enough. We require reciprocity.

It's about criminalizing white self defense.

The only good thing is that they keep incompetently overcharging people, which makes it easier to defeat them in court. There is no way that they will be able to sustain this charge in a court of law.

There has to be some way to charge these prosecutes with a federal civil rights violation and some kind of hybrid rico abuse of power charge.

Did the people who attacked him even face any charges yet?

It's disgusting reading the news articles on this incident. They gloss over the fact that it was self defense - describing it as a confrontation - even though there's video evidence of the attack and it's extremely relevant to the story. But then they go to great lengths to tie him in as a "radical" because he had pro police posts on his Facebook.
