The particular class of felony he was convicted of in AZ is reserved for minors under the age of 14. I think that's what's colloquially known as "a kid".

You could go to AZ and check the courthouse files which is typically how a professional journalist would do their research.

It is probably tied to a bunch of stuff that gets flagged that the guy is deceased, or has moved, ect.
The purpose of the list is so people living in the area can search it. Probably kept fairly up to date, or at least tied to the DMV, his criminal records can still be looked up. They do not want the list filled with out of date or irrelevant info. If his apartment gets rented in the next week, the new tenant does not want to have the data base showing a sex offender living there.

Go to the Arizona department of corrections inmate search and you will find the goods. His charge is out of Pima County so someone in Tucson needs to go down to the Pima County Superior Court and pull the records from his case. The sentencing memorandum provided by the state should suffice to show what a scumbag he is .

The REAL story of his crime would be found there, in AZ.
Wisconsin would not have the record 18 years after his original crime since it did not happen in Wisconsin. They would only have his transfer records which required him to register as a sex offender which is not the same thing as a pedophile.
I would like to know the details of his crime since I like FACTS. Instead of becoming just like the mob who invaded Kenosha who don't care about facts or details.
