It looks like none of these riots are organic. People have to be coming from other places. Too much of a coincidence that they were all 20-30’s white males with violent criminal records.
Kenosha is a city of 100,000 and that is not a fly speck tiny place. However. Nobody outside that region has heard of it, no disrespect meant.
How these groups decide where their Next Place to Go is, is probably interdicted by Chad Wolf.
They have communications networks. Obviously. Or they couldn't all go to a city nobody talks about, at the same time.
I am assuming that Chad Wolf has figured out how to eavesdrop on their communications.

So yes. It's all very coordinated. These people are recruited, motivated, trained, equipped, and told where to go next.
