So I'm not a lawyer and trying to understand Wisconsin gun laws. I'm curious if Kyle was actually breaking the law by being underage with a rifle. Check out (3).(c) and tell me if this could be some kind of hunting loop hole for kyle?

I'm also curious if there's any truth to what people are saying about if he was already breaking the law he can't claim self defense.
