I actually made a comment here, before George Floyd, that I was starting to sympathize with BLM. This was when there were all the stories about cops ticketing church goers sitting in their cars at services, arresting the salon owner, arresting the woman who brought her kids to the park. There were many other stories too.
Now I know what BLM really stands for, Marxism. Of course I reject that. Even before I thought they had a stupid strategy. Yes, there may be cases of true police brutality, but BLM picks the wrong people as martyrs.
I think we do need police to do the job of finding and arresting criminals and enter them into the justice system. I feel bad when they get killed on the job. But yeah, don't trust them.
