I’m not sure you ever been in some of the poor areas of cities. Connecticut, when I lived there had the highest per capital income and three of the nations poorest cities. There are lots of reasons why the poor in those cities only know their own way of life. I love you for your idealism but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.
