You can do it! Find your local SBA office, and find a local SCORE office for free help and advice. There is plenty of freely available assistance for hard working entrepreneurs. Owning your own business is tough, but it can provide so much freedom and flexibility. Good luck!

Please follow others' advice here and don't just jump in without taking advantage of the resources available. Put together a business plan, talk to an expert about what type of business organization you need (LLC versus Scorp etc), Keep all receipts- the fist year you start up a business there are many tax breaks for start-up costs.........I am by no means an expert but have participated in a family business where we have definitely not always followed this advice- and it hurt us!!

Especially when she talked about media manipulation and how it impedes our freedoms. She used the perfect words and held nothing back, and that sort of honest language is exactly what we need.
