You know my dad hated Trump until recently too. He did not believe Trump was a true conservative. And he trashed talked him all the way to the November Election where he begrudgingly castes his vote for Trump (though he didn’t think he was going to win).
No one expected a Billionaire from New York to be the most conservative president since Ronald Reagan.
Unless your dad is a high profile political commentator with a talk show that reaches millions, spewing years of bad Trump info, then it's not really comparable. Having doubts about someone isn't the same as being a fair weather conservative RINO.
Beck also supports Mike Lee, who is constantly trying to sell out the country to H1Bs.
I am not a political animal, I don't research the players for a 3-4 hours a day show and see what paid researchers provide me. I wanted Carson in the primaries but then saw what the press was and knew they would not let him serve, and looked into Trump past the Hype and voted for him. I also knew that when Trump stood with Mr. Cason during the debates when no one else did and THAT clinched it for me. So I was able to classify Glen Beck, Mit Romney, Nikki Haley, and Lindsay Graham have as RINOs and I can stand them but never support or trust them.
I don’t think Glenn Beck is a RINO,
I would need to see his positions on trade and immigration before 2015 to be sure though.
After all a RINO is someone who believes in one-sided free trade and open borders.
