It was 1980 and I was just a young kid. My grandma brought me home, a fantastic T-shirt from shores afar. Emblazoned with stars, stripes and a majestic Lady Justice. New York, that place, I have never been, but was now to forever wonder.

I got my dream in 1985, When my family moved next door, in that great white north, that funny old land, Canada, Oh Canada. It was close, but not far from what the world knows as the dream. My dream. The days of stickers with Made in the USA, Made in Canada, so bountiful and plenty. Choice of jobs when we left school, Yeah those days, I'll never forget. I lived the next decade with dream, zeal and vigour. The world was my oyster, that world was my life, until that day in September.

2001 and the world changed for all, I remember that day so long ago, a stain upon our souls. From shores afar, my family loss, I no choice to leave. The cousin I was, The mission I had, Family bonds never die. America, what happened here, I thought you had this in the bag. Across the pond, I watched with fear, I watched the events unfold. Decay had set, corruption had grown, that made me angry, no fucking sad. The stickers with flags, made by folks of the land, they had disappeared, the bounty was all but gone. God damn, America, what happened here, You have no idea what you lost.

Fast forward now, it's 2016, What's this on the horizon. This brash blond guy with no apologies, stand before the world, The USA on the edge. Our shared values on the table. Dammit, the image of that T-shirt won't go away. So much hate, so many lies, what are they trying to save? I cesspit of corruption, That the world, has been programmed to hate? Americans killing Americans, shit man this has to be saved.,

Well, Fuck them, my American cousins, I stand with you today. DJT is here to bring it back home. I have just listened to the POTUS speech, 'live' my friends, the rose garden of greatness. I have never felt the way I just did, apart from that day I wore that T-shirt. I love this man. I love the USA. I love you.

I stand with you America As you have stood with my ancestors. Blood and glory have brought us here, good times and bad. The bonds that tie us are exemplified in the words of what this great man has spoke tonight. Fuck, I had a tear in my eye. And I'm not even American. But I believe in the dream, The vales and all of you.

Give me your flag, give me your spirit, give me your freedom. I will fight like our grandfathers did, together, against this evil. My thoughts, tears, joy and prayers are with you tonight (today for me) America,

For the record, I fell asleep watching the RNC, Its early morning here now. I woke to the sound of his voice, what a fucking buzz. One day we will meet again on that grand battlefield of freedom, prosperity and victory. And the graves of the radical left.

God bless you, and God bless Donald J Trump.

I'm going back to bed now, with the GEOTUS speech on repeat. If you're not proud at this moment...

YOU AINT FUCKING AMERICAN.
