I wish I could have seen them in person. Heck, I wish I'd let my kid stay up to see them. While this is the part we all remember, something about the way the fireworks started really got to me. If I could make a comparison...it was like when you get to that certain point of a JRPG that the skills/attacks get more and more spectacular. The fireworks were shooting up in a way that created patterns on the ground. It was like watching magic.
