Kenosha was practically his backyard. All the kids with cars goto the neighboring towns for fun. It wouldn't be any different if he were defending property in Zion, Waukegan, Winthrop Harbor, Gurnee, or Beach Park. Just because it's across state line doesn't mean he doesn't frequent Kenosha, or have lived there, know people who live there, worked there, watched a movie at the theater there, or attend church there.

The guy shot in the arm with the Milwaukee "Wu-Tang" styled shirt would have come from a farther distance to cause destruction.

If you think it's right for people to come from a larger city, Milwaukee, to destroy things in a smaller town, yet have a problem with someone coming from another nearby small town to try to deter crime you might just have a moral deficit.
