Mentioned upthread, but Wisconsin law only prohibits minors owning short-barrel shotguns and pistols.

Saw something earlier about 17 being the minimum age for militia membership. I think that’s a nationwide thing? Not sure though, if true it should supersede local laws.

I thought I read where you have to be 18 to open carry there. Even if thats the case its probably a misdameanor.

Oh I get it, I was just bringing it up because I keep seeing deranged lefties basically saying that since he was technically breaking the law carrying it, everything after that was a crime and I disagree. If I forgot my concealed permit and ended up using my concealed weapon to defend myself, theres a chance that I may get some small charge for not having my permit but not having it doesn't make my self-defense any less of a self-defense.
