For real, why was there no security out there in the streets? That was absolutely irresponsible

Agreed, but none of them would have been carrying in this case since they were at the Whitehouse.

Getting pretty tired of the 'right to protest' bs. You need a permit to have an organized protest. You don't have the right to shut down streets and intimidate people.

The problem isn't protests, the problem is self defense laws are not being fairly applied. If people surround your car they are a threat to your life and you can use any necessary force to get yourself safe.

Except citizens aren't being treated fairly in self defense cases. Not only are they not treated fairly, our GOP politicians sell them out and call them terrorists when they do defend themselves.

If people were allowed to defend themselves, riots would've ended on day 1.

If people are terrified, and they feel like you are going to hurt them, that is called assault, or harassment, or terroristic threat, it is not peaceful, and it is not legal.
