A lot of people came together in Kenosha that day, and for a variety of reasons many of them had firearms. Kyle used his responsibly when the time came, and I think the situation ended about as well as it could have given the circumstances.
exactly, it doesnt matter why he was there. had just as much rights as the rioters to be there. That is just a nonsense argument for bad optics. The other thing is, I bet you half of the rioters were minors.. not a doubt in my mind. I know this state. I know Milwaukee. I know Chicago.
I cant find anything in statue 941.29 that would make it illegal for him to possess a firearm.
