So, sounds like to me, that Kyle only shot baldy once? (the shattered pelvis?), and the rest of the shots were from small caliber rounds?
Wonder if someone was shooting at Kyle, and Baldy took the rounds instead?
For him to be shot in the back as he was closing in on Kyle suggest someone was shooting at them from behind Baldy, but were they trying to hit Kyle or Baldy?
..and which one is the one that killed him.????? Hmmm the lung/liver shot..? Or the broken pelvis shot. HHHHmmmmm liver shot in the back, while Kyle was shooting from front.... or.....a broken pelvis.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Gee. I'm not sure...better charge Kyle with everything. GTFO....this proseuction is awful
Is it intended to be awful? Hmmmmm. so many things to ponder.
Ok...they have a deputy attorney doing the filing...not the actualy Attorney...hmmm.
and her record (per herself...on linkedin) indicates that in law school...her focus was on product liability.
I guess she couldn't find work in the real world and went to work for gov as child support enforcement out of law school and has been a government employee since then.
reading her entire profile indicates that she has virtually zero experience with murder cases. <eye roll> brilliant. lmfao
It would have been better if the crowd DIDN’T move the dead body. Hard to say when you are at the scene but moving it also irreversible damaged the crime scene
I'm thinking the one in his back could have been due to reports that he was crouched and charging. Kyle, firing from above and in close proximity, could have hit him in the back and caused serious lung and liver damage while he was advancing. I've shot several animals that way. The light small caliber bullets only penetrate to a certain point and just start rolling, taking paths you wouldn't really think they would.

Need more details for sure.

Crap, I have to get to work though.

Yeah, the defense is definitely going to need to get the caliber on those wounds.
If that liver shot from behind wasn't from Kyle, that's conclusive proof they were firing at him and he was defending himself.
