I'm not even convinced Kyle actually shot skateboard dude. That guy grabbed the barrel of the gun and pulled it away from Kyle toward himself while Kyle's finger was on the trigger.

It doesn't take a PhD in physics to figure out what's going to happen, but apparently it takes more brains than KickFlip had.
