I think the person they have walking with him in those shots is actually the girl with the red hair/black jacket that's seen in the video, not the one they have circled, who I think is actually the one filming this vid
More attention needs to be paid to this. If the pedo and the guy who fired into the air right before kyle put him down were working together to create this situation it needs to come out. Why would anyone randomly fire a pistol into the air at that exact moment during that situation unless the goal was to get kyle to shoot.

That has to be considered brandishing. His face is fairly clearly on camera, although who knows is local DAs will do anything about it. I interpreted that as a deadly threat.
That was a bit more than brandishing, that was broadcasting that you are getting ready to shoot. And in the absence of any clearly articulable threat that makes HIM the threat.
But he'll probably just claim he's an unfortunate victim of the rap video culture, the courtroom will acknowledge he's probably gonna cure cancer and he'll waltz right out.
Yeah, I don't know the legal term for that ... but it was a deadly threat for sure.
I would be willing to bet that both the black guy in the blue shirt, and the taller hobo-looking guy with cammo pants were felons in possession of a firearm. The chubby guy behind them with a holstered gun looked more like a dude who never handled a gun in his life.
