No, it's not. De-militarization is taking away tanks, armored personnel carriers, and other things.

I'm not saying I agree with it, but its not the same as defunding.

Breonna Taylor act got rid of no-knock raids, which is a good thing as they violate 4th amendment

I too would like police to demilitarize, but that can't happen until society changes as well.

I like Rand and Ron Paul as they stick with their values and are true to them. I may not agree with them, yet I admire them for the courage.

I love it when Rand just lights up the swamp under questioning.

Also it is cool that he still donates time to help by doing surgery and eye treatments to the poor in the US and overseas.
