Speaking of which, someone - anyone - with a Twitter account should let Kyle's lawyers know of this article and direct them to Richie McGinniss (the Daily Caller employee who witnessed the prelude to the confrontation in said article), if they haven't already.
It's interesting because you can see the DA tried to write the complain to screw Kyle, but when you read it his self-defense case is so obvious. They quote McGinniss's statement that Rosenbaum reached for the gun twice and potentially made contact with it.
The major fuckery is in the second exchange. It claims the guy who flying kicked Kyle was "jumping over him". It also claims skater boy reached for the gun and the skateboard "made contact" with Kyle. Lastly it claims byeceps had his hands up when shot, even though video clearly shows he reached for a gun, and was evidenced by pictures of him holding the gun after the fact.
The shock/trauma he felt from being shot made his hand tense up and hold onto the gun involuntarily thus proving he has the gun in his hand prior to being shot

McGinniss's statement is literally referenced in the criminal complaint filed in Kenosha. Here's the full pdf if you're interested.
