Pedo Rosenbaum threw was has been reported as a molotov cocktail, but it seems to have been a plastic grocery bag with a 2-liter bottle in it (which would weigh roughly 4.5 pounds; the average hammer was about 1.8 pounds)
Pedo Rosenbaum prior was simultaneously threatening Kyle (and also asking to be shoot)
Later in the piece, the writer points out that there was a gunshot, but does not seem to point out that the gunshot is within 1-2 seconds of Kyle discharging his weapon.
So, here is the scenario...
Pedo Rosenbaum threatens Kyle and his group
Pedo Rosenbaum also asks to be shoot
Pedo Rosenbaum is yelling at Kyle while he's stalking/chasing him
Pedo Rosenbaum throws a 4.5 pound projectile at Kyle in an attempt to knock him out
Another rioter fires a weapon
Right as, Pedo Rosenbaum runs directly at Kyle and grabs for his gun
Given this sequence of events, ANY reasonable person, should see this incident as self-defense.
And, this is most important to get right.
The leftist media will support the false narrative that the others were just, you know, trying to stop him to have a conversation or detain him (as opposed to stomping his head in, bashing his brains in with a skateboard, or sneaking up on him pretending to be a medic while actually trying to assassinate him with a handgun)
They were some people in a minivan getting arrested yesterday, called anarchy cookhouse or something. Supposedly they were making molotovs or bombs in small containers, like say a 2 liter. Most people would have a small bottle with they were thirsty, it seems pretty suspect to have at a riot.
Interestingly, it was actually a group of three vehicles: a minivan, a black (old) school bus (not sure if it was a long or shortbus); and, a "bread van".
These were all out of state confirmed. And, it's important to not that Antifa Portland has a food truck (which is usually an old bread van) that was detained.
So, we know what's up...
Soros funds Democrats and Antifa
Antifa are the shock troops

Soros pays them to buy trucks, cigarrettes, and fuel
Democrats tell Soros they need as much panic on the street anywhere a "police incident" happens
Antifa gets in their trucks in Portland and drive to Kenosha to sow violence (because that's what they get paid to do)

Sounds about right, but the connection between Antifa, Democrats, and Soros may not be direct, and we don't know who's telling who to do what. That part doesn't matter because they all have the same ideals and goals. Probably a lot of intermediaries, especially with the money. And it's not just Soros funding all this, or he'd be broke by now. There's got to be others.
As for the vehicles, anyone can buy a (fairly new) used school bus for less than $10k. Usually around the price of scrap, because most school districts require new buses every 5 or 10 years, so there are plenty available.

A lot of folks don't understand what justifiable self defense even is. A lot of folks think you have to be shot at or attacked before you can return fire. Self defense you have to reasonably believe that there is imminent and legitimate threat of death or serious injury, which is obviously the case in these events.
One could and should understand the complete restraint that the young man showed given chaos.
He didn't indiscriminately fire into a crowd.
He didn't arbitrarily shoot towards a potential/perceived threat.
He retreated.
He ran.
Who is the DA where Kyle has been charged? Because this person has demonstrated ZERO intelligence or decision making ability. None. I wonder whom their campaign was funded by.

Two men had pistols directly in front of that gas station, one was seen cocking it seconds before that first shot was fired in the air (muzzle flash seen on camera still from angle where the video of Rittenhouse is first seen shooting Pedo Rosenbaum). Many more angles coming out as a result and all of them prove fog of war/self-defense.
And, Kyle's back was turned (he was running away from Pedo Rosenbaum) when that first shot rang out. It's more than reasonably for Kyle to have thought that he was being fired at (and missed) by the guy that was chasing him.
