A lot of folks don't understand what justifiable self defense even is. A lot of folks think you have to be shot at or attacked before you can return fire. Self defense you have to reasonably believe that there is imminent and legitimate threat of death or serious injury, which is obviously the case in these events.
One could and should understand the complete restraint that the young man showed given chaos.
He didn't indiscriminately fire into a crowd.
He didn't arbitrarily shoot towards a potential/perceived threat.
He retreated.
He ran.
Who is the DA where Kyle has been charged? Because this person has demonstrated ZERO intelligence or decision making ability. None. I wonder whom their campaign was funded by.
