I totally agree with you, Pede, but sadly the courts do not. It's called "prosecutorial discretion" and it means the DA is the one who gets to decide who should and shouldn't be charged. And yes this is abused. But we have to realize it does work both ways, as there are times that DAs in Republican areas will refuse to charge people who they think did the right thing even if the way they did it was wrong.

The courts have long determined that the cure for a DA that shows bad discretion is to vote him out of office. Nobody used to pay attention to local elections. 2020 taught us how foolish we were to ceed that to Soros and his terrorist network.

Hopefully every one of these corrupt and worthless DAs will get replaced. Just like the DA in Georgia who charged the cops in the Wendy's shooting did. It may take time but we'll get them all eventually if we start paying attention or maybe even run ourselves.

I hope that corrupt DA in Georgia goes to jail now that he's out of power.

It's called "prosecutorial discretion" and it means the DA is the one who gets to decide who should and shouldn't be charged.

And once the decision that DA makes consistently shows that they are against the protection of their own people by not charging any of the rioters, they are aiding and abetting in the continued criminal activity.

We need ways beyond "voting them out of office" to make them accountable.

Fuck the courts; we could burn them to the ground and say we are BLM. What the fuck are they going to do about it?

This corrupt DA lets the innocent young man go or he burns in fucking hell.

The American people in righteous might have HAD IT with your fucking communism, and with all the USELESS DEFEATISTS sucking its dick.

The building doesn't matter. When a courthouse was found to have asbestos here where I live, they just rented a commercial building and moved court there for a year.

The corrupt DA needs to be recalled, or certainly defeated come election time. But remember these cowards are self-serving to their core, so if he senses that the winds of public opinion are against him, he will fold like a cheap suit.

So best thing we can do is make sure the public opinion swings over towards Kyle being a hero.

Prosecutor sure has "prosecutorial discretion". But a defendant - at the very same time - has a "selective prosecution" defense. It does not work often, but may be useful for discovery etc.

Oh hell yeah, this DA is an anti-gun lunatic and that bias is most definitely relevant.

It's like that trope from legal thrillers where they just ask the DA for an example of a time that someone wasn't charged. If the DA has mercilessly prosecuted every single gun case that crosses his desk, and has never once declined to prosecute because it was self-defense, that bias should be pretty clear to a jury.
