Kyle didn’t “shoot into the crowd”

The “first guy” had previously assaulted him with racist-hate ‘fighting words’, demonstrated a dangerously unhinged threatening mindset and exhibited behavior that endangered lives, attempted to steal his firearm, and was directly charging at Kyle and closing distance to melee range at attack speed while Kyle was being battered by thrown objects and perceived gunshots being fired in his direction, despite his own attempt to retreat.
