Oof. Only thing I have seen that gave me worse sympathy ball pain was a picture of a dude who had tried to steal copper wiring from a transformer station. The current traveled from his arm, through his torso, and jumped out through his groin to get to ground. It literally blew his dick and balls off.

Got a friend who was a surfer dude, and he saw a guy who got nailed by his board/wave walk back to the beach. He took off his wet suit and the stringie things from his burst testicle fell onto the sand. He gathered up the stringie things and held onto them as he was leaving to the ER.
