Got a friend who was a surfer dude, and he saw a guy who got nailed by his board/wave walk back to the beach. He took off his wet suit and the stringie things from his burst testicle fell onto the sand. He gathered up the stringie things and held onto them as he was leaving to the ER.
I almost passed out just hearing him recount this story.
I witnessed a scene where a guy had fell out the tree stand, but his nuts didn't.
