the diversity and inclusion garbage has plagued where i work as well. in one year my company has:
hired a company thats basically just a bunch of professional victims to come in and tell us that meritocracy is a myth and to be aware of our inherit unconscious bias (if youre aware of something unconscious, its not unconscious) me rolls eyes
every month is now some <insert non white group> month
openly hiring based of race, gender, sexual orientation etc. the VERY thing these people pretend theyre against
women were given the day off work because, thats right, you guessed it... they have vaginas
its amazing watching these people, who bemoan about fucking sjw shit nonstop, turn around and do the VERY thing they are against. we all know why they do it, because its now acceptable discrimination and its encouraged by the leftist circle jerkers

It's the difference between us and the Feminists / BLM. If the Feminists / BLM suggest a poor idea at work, and are criticized, they will say the criticism is because they're a woman, or black. But for some reason, they'll stay and complain, rather than go out and test the idea on their own.
A pede will get out of the toxic environment with his good ideas in his back pocket, and make a lot more money, with a lot less stress. I mean, isn't this how America became America in the first place?
It happens to all types of workers. The companies will use you until you quit, because they know that in many cases they can replace you, perhaps at a lower cost. I've been in HR meetings where this is explicitly stated.
Working for yourself is THE way to go. Worked well for me, and then VERY well for me. Now I can do almost anything I want. If I hadn't lost some jobs along the way it would never have worked out this well.

Contact HR and tell them that you have a hostile work environment. Use their system against them. Documet everything.
Write a wide spread email on the last day. Fill it with facts. Cool, calm, facts. Do not accuse anybody of anything. So not make any veiled threats, just vote the study that showed SJW makes a workplace toxic, that differing opinions are shamed (you can lie and even say you are a D). Say that oppression comes in many forms, and to make sure we aren't just swapping one oppresion for another.
List charities that help black and Hispanic people only. List statistics about affirmative action helping them get in when white or Asian wouldn't. Ask if lowering standards leads to better outcomes (studies show lower MCAT scores correlate to more malpractice claims). Ask why people think that black and Hispanic minorities need the country sanitized for them while Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and Arab minorities outperform white Americans without such help.

Our founder pops up every once in a while to relieve himself of his TDS buildup. I just ignore it. Meanwhile his business has grown 4 fold the last 3 years after steadily climbing the first 20 years. I have no idea what could be helping out there though.
