I doubt many establishments are going to enforce Fatzger's latest rules. I can only speak for the one restaurant/bar I've been to since the new rules went into effect on Wednesday, but the owner was having none of it. Place up near Wisconsin with an outdoor bar and surrounded by over a dozen tables a friend and I were drinking at yesterday afternoon. Owner was approached and asked about the new rule and he rather forcefully barked "I don't care what that fat fucking pussy Pritzker says". The owner's two friends that were sitting at the bar having burgers laughed their ass off at the comment...the owner's friends....two police officers.
