That would be complex to figure out because then DA's will just keep plugging away for years. You cannot afford to stand up to them like that. Simple defense of a single felony is five figures for a decent attorney, not even splurging. Usually double or triple if one felony goes to a jury trial.
There has to be a way to punish these evil prosecutors but not by taking away our right to have unjust charges dropped.
I wouldn't be shocked if they tried to admend the charges or just drop them competely and take the L before he gets disbarred.
