I think it's pretty reasonable to assume that the pedophile with a history of attacking guards in jail, was part of a mob bent on destroying as much property, is on video yelling "SHOOT ME NIGGA", and charged at someone with a gun was the guy who made the first move. You'd have to intentionally stack a jury with 12 members of Rose City Antifa to rule against shooting that guy.
