The less cynical part of me just wants to think that she has just fallen for the media narrative like so many others. The cynical part of me believes that the email was sent so that the 2% of TDS psychopaths at the company don't take a day off to protest.

Don't. It's much better to just lay low do your job better than everyone else and then when the "lol orange man bad, right?" convo comes up at a happy hour just calmly point out that you don't agree. The best red pill at my company (where the DNC is a major client) was when me, one of only two POCs in the company, defended Trump on some random "lol orange man bad, right?" jab by a coworker.
Use a vpn, set up a prontomail email address, and send back an anonymous response letting her know that the narrative she is repeating is completely BS. Hell, send the response out to the whole company so they know that there are more than just sjw useful idiots at that company.
