It's kinda meh. Especially compared to other games in the series. The dialogue choices when someone asks you to do something is "yes", "sarcastic yes", "yes but ask for money", and "no (but actually yes)".
The "build a town" part is fine and I don't object to it. It's the "get calls at random times saying one of your towns is being raided" I'm sick of. I just wish I had it on PC so I could put in a mod that stops that shit.
