Biden will suddenly contract a mild, symptomless case of The China Virus a week before this debate, and they’ll try to force a sham virtual debate where Biden can sit and read answers off of a teleprompter.

This is the most likely scenario. They know it'll be too fishy if he can't debate, so this is the best alternative. It's the only way that he looks possibly, maybe, perhaps halfway semi-competent.

But we've all seen the gaffes even when he's reading a teleprompter, so they'll have to drug him up good to get him through it
