He tripped, one came at him with a gun, trying to grab his, he fired and the guy lost a lot of his arm. Another started hitting him in the head with a skateboard, he fired again, guy died. He also shot another who was kicking him in the head, think that one died also. So no not a retard at all, did not cross state lines with a gun but was there working. Read the release from the attorney, it is an eye opener. Also the supposed eye witness is not in any of the videos because he was not there at all.
