Yeah, I was watching it on radar after a bunch of Leftists on Twitter said they were hoping for thunderstorms. It was pretty intense as it moved south from Pennsylvania into Maryland, but it was like there was a force field around Washington DC that caused the storms to peter out in Frederick.
And just the night before, the line of thunderstorms moving southward from Pennsylvania into Maryland started disintegrating by the time it got to Frederick, allowing Trump's speech, the epic fireworks display and closing celebrations to proceed as planned.
God don't like ugly. Also, wouldn't be the first time a storm appeared out of nowhere to protect DC from invading enemies.
