Then you hear 4 shots in rapid succession (:03-:04). These are most likely all by Kyle because, as the shots are fired, Rosenbaum goes down fairly quickly.
Then you hear 3 more shots (:06-:08), these are more spaced out. These are unlikely to be from Kyle because you can see him circling around the black car as these shots are being fired.
