You can't be "anti-wall" and then support funding the wall. You also seem to be taking Ron's position deliberately out of context. Ron's arguing that there's a better, more effective option. The idea is that the only reason why they're coming here is because of the incentives offered to them. What he doesn't quite realize is that the incentive to many is, quite literally, not living in Mexico.
