These rioters aren't volunteering for this. THEY ARE PAID. If there were no reward for these people they'd just as soon stay home and hang out with friends. Get rid of the funding and these rioting crowds would diminish rapidly. These people aren't going to pay for plane tickets to Kenosha from California just to take a chance of getting hurt, arrested, killed. They might travel up to an hour to engage in a protest that means something to them but otherwise, no.
