How are gag orders not a violation of the 1st?

They are. But they're meant to be a compromise between the 4th and 1st.

Something something, Communism, something something, good luck using a piece of paper against thugs with guns while you're locked in a cage.

19
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 19 points ago +19 / -0

The irony being Commie's fucking love collecting paper though, rooms and rooms full of it.

It’s all they have to feed the people.

Are these the assholes who have been hoarding the toilet paper? I hope they all die a painful horrible death

How are New York City’s gun laws not a violation of the 2nd?

26
MegoThor 26 points ago +26 / -0

They are.

26
LWGII 26 points ago +26 / -0

Because the courts are judging their own conduct. "We investigated ourselves and determined we did nothing wrong."

71
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 71 points ago +73 / -2

Ah shit it was meant to be Southern.

Just as they're attempting in the Millie Weaver case. Just as they did in the Stone case.

You know this judiciary ruling sounds a lot like Hong Kong's security law, where it applies to Chinese, Hong Kong and ALL THIRD PARTY CITIZENS, i.e., attempting to make Chinese law international law.

They're fucking Commies.

Edit: Viva Frei's Channel if you want to Sub -- He does multiple live streams with Attorney Robert Barnes every week too: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzGiDDKdphJ0GFvEd82WfYQ

The_Litehaus_Abides 28 points ago +28 / -0

Just as they did in the Stone case.

Remember when Amy Berman-Jackson tried to make a royal edict that Alex Jones couldn't report on Roger Stone's case? He told her to kiss his ass.

Sure wish the DOJ would do something about these tyrants. They actually used to go into a city and clean up corruption at all levels.

edit: I should clarify that Jackson really just threw some heavy threats at Jones. Testing the waters, I guess.

14
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 14 points ago +14 / -0

Didn't they gag the shit out of Alex Jones too? I can't really remember, I've gotta admit, fucking Jones has always been well ahead of his time. It's ah, scary but awake we see clearly boys! We can't afford to dream again.

16
The_Litehaus_Abides 16 points ago +16 / -0

She threatened Alex that if he kept reporting on the case, she'd make sure Roger had a rough time of it. She was going to screw Roger over either way though.

Can't remember now, but she might've threatened to have Alex arrested, too.

6
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

Arrest's generally the avenue of enforcement they take if you violate too, and then they use it against you in the case.

13
The_Litehaus_Abides 13 points ago +13 / -0

Yeah, the whole thing was so stupid, it's ridiculous.

Alex showed up outside the courtroom with Owen Shroyer dressed as the Grim Reaper. Jackson tried to claim it was a threat on her life when, in fact, they were just holding a sign that said, I shit you not, "Epstein didn't kill himself." Haha..

That woman is vile.

10
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 10 points ago +10 / -0

The whole system's geared towards lefty nepotistic gas-lighting, you're right, they're vile.

Why does it take a Canadian litigator turned YouTuber to point these things out?

His channel is worth the sub, btw.

28
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 28 points ago +29 / -1

He has Robert Barnes on all the time, huge shout out to Robert Barnes -- Viva Frei is a soul from the salt of this earth, and his experience with Barnes has only helped him grow further as a person of true justice and liberty.

He's totally worth a sub, I watch all his stuff.

14

Viva is reaching a point where he could probably practice US law ontop of Canadian Law. Barnes really helps a lot there.

9
dontUseVinegerAsLube 9 points ago +9 / -0

Yep! I think they both live stream every Sunday!

6

Can't wait for this Sunday's when they discuss Kyle's case.

14
VoteCyborgTrump2040 14 points ago +14 / -0

He partners with Robert Barnes all the time. Barnes is one of the most impressive human beings you'll ever see. The preeminent lawyer in the entire country if you ask me. They do livestreams every Sunday night. Everyone here should check it out. He's also pretty based, and hates the Clintons and explains lots of things.

He's how I knew this Bannon prosecution was purely political. It's hard to tell sometimes, but if Barnes says it is, it is. And he also explains exactly why. And explains how the indictment looks damning, but is missing lots of things that someone experienced in this kind of thing would expect to see if it was a legitimate prosecution. And also points out that it's ridiculous that SDNY even brought the charges, considering that they had nothing to do with the jurisdiction, and are just suing there based on the fact that some donations came from there, even though some donations came from every area of the entire country. Things like that.

Definitely check it out if you like to have this legal nonsense explained to you from someone who understands and detests political prosecutions.

Yep, subbed about 6 months ago. Beyond the wealth of info you get from his videos, especially his weekly talks with Robert Barnes, I really just like his overwhelming zeal for life itself. Watching his 5 year old like glee when he caught a fish with drone was great.

7

Yup, he's great! Have had him subbed for ages.

SDNY: We're going to persecute and prosecute a politically charged case.

Also SDNY: And we're not going to let anyone talk about it.

Justice is blind. And deaf. And dumb.

Orange Man Bad.

16
VoteCyborgTrump2040 16 points ago +16 / -0

The worst part is that their basis for jurisdiction is that some donations came from there. Even though the company wasn't based there, they didn't do work there on the wall (obviously), none of the defendants live there, etc. It's one of the biggest signs that this is a political prosecution.

22
Toughsky_Shitsky 22 points ago +24 / -2

Don't be fooled. The SDNY is accountable to the US Attorney General, just like all other districts.

If they are rogue then they can be removed instantly by the AG. If that is somehow not the case, then the people have lost our federal LE in the SDNY and citizens need to remove them as the US Constitution allows.

8
jung 8 points ago +8 / -0

Trump/Barr literally just personally removed the SDNY prosecutor a couple months ago and replaced him with the current one.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/william-barr-trump-fired-sdny-federal-prosector

5
Toughsky_Shitsky 5 points ago +7 / -2

How's that working out?

6
jung 6 points ago +6 / -0

Well the new prosecutor was the one that finally moved on the Maxwell case and arrested her, so pretty well so far I think.

Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm not sure to give up hope on Barr or not, I haven't seen any statements where Trump has indicated he's lost faith.

My bet is they're waiting for a landslide and to regain the house so they can clean the house and the swamp without being impeded by show trials for the next four years.

7
jubyeonin 7 points ago +7 / -0

Trump is the kind of person who lets others expose themselves. He lets people like Barr do what they do and pressure them once in a while.

Ruby Ridge is all you need to know about Barr.

5
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

Ruby Ridge you say, I'll look it up, thanks Patriot.

5
jubyeonin 5 points ago +5 / -0

I suggest getting up to speed with the actual events at Ruby Ridge before reading about Barr's involvement.

I watched this documentary months ago and it was very good. It has commentary from the people there. It was a horror.

What do y'all think of the wall fund thing? I haven't made up my mind yet. What say you, nightshift.

14
CovefefeREEEE 14 points ago +14 / -0

I think it is political. Way to convenient (shut down wall donations), and suspicious timing (right before the election). If they were fair, wouldn't they be looking in to the Clinton Foundation?

13
flashersenpai 13 points ago +13 / -0

It's fucky. Same SDNY that hid the Weiner laptop.

10
VoteCyborgTrump2040 10 points ago +10 / -0

Listen to Robert Barnes talk about it. He can explain exactly why it's so obvious, but rest assured, it is definitely a political prosecution.

There are many reasons, but you should listen to him talk about it. Things like there is almost 0% chance someone complained, and that they were looking in to it themselves (they're not supposed to do that). Also, they have no real jurisdictional claim to prosecute there. Their reasoning is that some donations came from that area. This is a national fundraising campaign, and donations come from all over the nation. Ridiculous for them to prosecute this alleged crime in the first place. There is also lots of other silly things that Barnes points out that make it obvious. Like their money trail. There is no clear chain of where the money goes that they are alleging was misappropriated, they are making assumptions about it.

Anyway, I recommend listening to Viva and Barnes, a livestream from Viva Frei on YouTube with Robert Barnes every Sunday night. I'm just going off memory, and I'm not a lawyer myself, so these aren't all concepts I can easily recall. Rest assured it is a political prosecution.

9
dontUseVinegerAsLube 9 points ago +9 / -0

As Barnes says in his vlog together with Viva last week, it's a political charge. I don't care who SDNY persecutes for "corruption" until they do it to the Clinton Foundation which is actually based in their jurisdiction.

I would highly recommend Viva+Barnes vlog on it from couple weeks ago.

4
jubyeonin 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's bad that Kolfage was using it to make money while telling people he wasn't but Robert Barnes says most of the money was used for its intended purpose and they screwed up by structuring it in a bad way. SDNY made the case because they typically make cases from nothing as long as it has a minor connection to New York. It could be something in California with a transaction in New York, and they will treat it like their case.

These fucks are such dirty little rats .... they need to be put back in their rat hole basements.

9
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 9 points ago +9 / -0

Na, you can't let sleeping dogs lie. Same with Rat infestations.

Remember America has tried this already, essentially from the McCarthy era to today, the Communist was playing the long game. That is their only real strength, their ability to lie and wait.

Don't let them lie and wait again, with another 50 years to plan a second insurrection, they might not be stopped next time.

7
TrumpMakesMeHorny 7 points ago +7 / -0

^ great point, patriot

If you post similar epiphanies on YouTube, on video's like Tucker that deal with this subject the comments get disabled.

But Maybe Hidin’ Biden is just a YouTube mod now deleting comments.... can’t imagine he is doing much else or even capable ..

3

Anyone else think it's pretty weird how Biden is like talking head in 1984 and Equilibrium?

6
n0w0y 6 points ago +6 / -0

If you have real evidence that shows x person took money from y and spent it on a trip to Epstein island and not the wall wtf does it matter what anyone says. A shitty prosecutor has to gag

6
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

Except they don't have evidence.

They are claiming two things:

  1. The donors were mislead because they were told 'all money would go to the wall, no donor however has requested their money back, or asked for an investigation, or even complained. They are saying upwards of 5% of the monies collected were used for Administration, and this is fraud.

This create a huge legal president issue as most chariest take anywhere from 40 - 95% of the actual monies collected as administration fees, so a court ruling against build the wall charity here would move the line to now make all those charities fraudulent too (a good portion of them are anyway)

Doesn't the Clinton Foundation take something like 95% of all the money, if not more? Where's their SDNY fraud investigation? It's political.

  1. That one of the charities members embezzled money because he bought a yacht and paid for plastic surgery, from the account he uses as a holding account, so the court needs to prove that the money he used wasn't already his money, which they are not going to be able to do as the account is not empty.

Won't hold up it's a violation of the first amendment.

4
EntilZha 4 points ago +4 / -0

We really need a rule that people summarize these random videos they post.

As a general rule I don't click on every outrage video people link to here or on KiA2 or anywhere else for that matter.

4
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hey, legitimate feedback - I'll take that on board going forward and add a little summary next time.

As you say, it'll help people make a more informed decision if they want to watch the video or not.

Thanks!

2
EntilZha 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not a response I expected, thanks.

It's mainly because so many videos are posted...we would have time for nothing else.

Yeah fair.

2
SquidThrowFaux 2 points ago +2 / -0

Viva Frei's on top of his game and (unless you're already a lawyer) you'll learn shit if you watch.

His video editing is as tight as Tom Fitton's shirts and he dispenses more redpills than the bald beanie guy that gets posted here.

3

This guy does great analysis. I've been watching him for a few months now. His coverage of the Michael Flynn case is well worth a watch.

I like VIva. I like Barnes. Nice post.

3
VoteCyborgTrump2040 3 points ago +4 / -1

Yay, Frei is getting posted here. Tune in for his livestreams "Viva and Barnes" with Robert Barnes, the preeminent lawyer of the US on Sunday nights. He's great at explaining Obamagate and things like this to the masses.

3

Thanks for posting this. I saw this guy's first video. I'm glad he showed another opinion.

3
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Should binge watch him if you've got the time and inclination.

He's got a really good series on the Flynn Case, has touched on the Millie Weaver case and others.

He also does this with the help of Based God King US Attorney Robert Barnes.

3
StreetS1de_Kyle 3 points ago +3 / -0

So the prosecution can make statements to the press, but the defendants can't? yeah that checks.

Funny I'm a sub to this channel and it didn't show up tonight....

3
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Youtube has been doing this since the first AdApocalypse, its why content creators stress liking, subbing and ringing that bell, they screw with recommendations on the back end for certain political affiliations.

If that doesn't see to have the desired affect, they straight up kill all results pointing to that channel on their channel.

Then if that doesn't work, you end up like Thunder Foot and some others, where you no longer even show up on Google results...

It's annoying by manually searching your preferred creators video sections is the best way to say across them.

2
Gunsmonkey22 2 points ago +2 / -0

Finally showed up in the morning :)

2
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

See, I still see that as odd, most of the interactions of videos occur in the first 24 hours, most of the comment interactions occur a lot earlier than that, I've got no real data, but lets say the first 12 hours.

Feels like a way to stifle the comments from organically discussing the topic with one another, it's like you turn up to a book club, but you're 24 hours late and no one's there, but you want to discuss the book still.

2
Gunsmonkey22 2 points ago +2 / -0

Happens with about half the tim pool videos for me also, well shit, more than just him but there are only a few people I watch enough to notice shit is held back. Thanks to this very site I have another way to access information that would normally be held from me.

Crazy thing is this is a Canadian lawyer offering legal commentary on US legal issues, and I find him to be relatively unbiased as an outsider looking in, and he has been right almost every time, compared to that ridiculous leftist "Legal Eagle" dude on US stuff. That legal eagle dude was constantly talking about how legit the Mueller case was and was basically saying Trump was screwed during the impeachment. Viva Frei was like, "I don't see how this holds legal muster," and presents his case. Guess who turned out to have the better legal analysis? The Canadian dude.

2
Groupthinkgroupthink [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, him and Robert Barnes have called Legal Eagle out for having second or possible third stage derangement syndrome.
