Wow, you described the psychology of the locals perfectly. It would be interesting to see if riot victims, business owners, or the federal government could pursue lawsuits against the trust fund babies' parents' monies. There must be at least several billion dollars worth of it out in the crowd - so far all I have been able to read is that trust funds are legally-segregated from their beneficiaries and thus are immune to seizure.
