Any not-black Oregonian who could not qualify for that money should sue. It’s unconstitutional. You can not apportion money based on race, it’s a protected class. Technically you should be protected for being white just as much as someone should be protected for being black. The difference is white people just shut up and don’t use the tools being used against us.

Portland is surprisingly urban and my rural town is becoming more urban as the days pass. The homeless population has also skyrocketed in the last two years. They're shipping them in busses to small towns to ruin them.
