Any not-black Oregonian who could not qualify for that money should sue. It’s unconstitutional. You can not apportion money based on race, it’s a protected class. Technically you should be protected for being white just as much as someone should be protected for being black. The difference is white people just shut up and don’t use the tools being used against us.

Equal protection under the law.

Correct 100%. But no one will do anything about it, because no one will sue. That would require someone injured by this action--an Oregonian business. And they will not do what is right because then their business will be burned down and the media will pull out every defamation, libel and slander card in the book.
