Hell is other people. As a younger man when my wife and I were starting out in life after college we lived in dense urban places and learned how painful it is to have people living above you... and on the other side of a thin wall from you.. and below you and across the hall from you. Every day there were 100 cars slowly driving down the road outside our apartment booming bass so loud it rattled our apartment, I used to close my eyes hard and fantasize shooting them with a high powered rifle every day and smile. It was hell.
