Kyle Rittenhouse is a community lifeguard who was working in Kenosha the day of the shooting.
This simple fact destroys the narrative being peddled by the mainstream media that he had “crossed state lines” to harm the rioters.
Later in the day, they received information about a call for help from a local business owner, whose downtown Kenosha auto dealership was largely destroyed by mob violence,” the statement continues. “Business owner needed help to protect what he had left of his life’s work, including two nearby mechanic’s shops. Kyle and a friend armed themselves with rifles due to the deadly violence gripping Kenosha and many other American cities, and headed to the business premises. The weapons were in Wisconsin and never crossed state lines.”
When Rittenhouse arrived at the mechanics shop, he and others stood guard to prevent further destruction. Later that night, long after the 8 p.m. curfew had passed, the police began to disperse a group of rioters. His lawyer, John M. Pierce, explains that while dispersing the mob, they maneuvered a mass of individuals down the street towards the auto shops. Rittenhouse and the others were threatened and taunted, but he did not react. “His intent was not to incite violence, but simply to deter property damage and use his training to provide first aid to injured community members,” Pierce says.
After the situation seemed to be diffused, Rittenhouse became increasingly concerned about people who were injured at the gas station, so he went in that direction with his first aid kit. He helped those he could find who were injured, either by administering aid or directing them which way to go for help beyond what he could offer.
The statement says that by the final time that Rittenhouse returned to the gas station and “confirmed there were no more injured individuals who needed assistance, police had advanced their formation and blocked what would have been his path back to the mechanic’s shop. Kyle then complied with the police instructions not to go back there. Kyle returned to the gas station until he learned of a need to help protect the second mechanic’s shop further down the street where property destruction was imminent with no police were nearby.”
“As Kyle proceeded towards the second mechanic’s shop, he was accosted by multiple rioters who recognized that he had been attempting to protect a business the mob wanted to destroy. This outraged the rioters and created a mob now determined to hurt Kyle. They began chasing him down. Kyle attempted to get away, but he could not do so quickly enough. Upon the sound of a gunshot behind him, Kyle turned and was immediately faced with an attacker lunging towards him and reaching for his rifle. He reacted instantaneously and justifiably with his weapon to protect himself, firing and striking the attacker,” Pierce explains.
Additionally, Rittenhouse stopped to ensure care for his attacker, hardly sounds like someone who had went to the riot with intent to kill.
“Kyle stopped to ensure care for the wounded attacker but faced a growing mob gesturing towards him. He realized he needed to flee for his safety and his survival. Another attacker struck Kyle from behind as he fled down the street. Kyle turned as the mob pressed in on him and he fell to the ground,” his legal team says. “One attacker kicked Kyle on the ground while he was on the ground. Yet another bashed him over the head with a skateboard. Several rioters tried to disarm Kyle. In fear for his life and concerned the crowd would either continue to shoot at him or even use his own weapon against him, Kyle had no choice but to fire multiple rounds towards his immediate attackers, striking two, including one armed attacker. The rest of the mob began to disperse upon hearing the additional gunshots.”
Rittenhouse then attempted to turn himself in, but was told to keep moving. He went and turned himself in to his local police that evening.
“Kyle got up and continued down the street in the direction of police with his hands in the air. He attempted to contact multiple police officers, but they were more concerned with the wounded attackers. The police did not take Kyle into custody at that time, but instead they indicated he should keep moving,” the statement says. “He fully cooperated, both then and later that night when he turned himself in to the police in his hometown, Antioch, Illinois.”
The legal team says that “in a reactionary rush to appease the divisive, destructive forces currently roiling this country, prosecutors in Kenosha did not engage in any meaningful analysis of the facts, or any in-depth review of available video footage (some of which shows that a critical state’s witness was not even at the area where the shots were fired); this was not a serious investigation. Rather, after learning Kyle may have had conservative political viewpoints, they immediately saw him as a convenient target who they could use as a scapegoat to distract from the Jacob Blake shooting and the government’s abject failure to ensure basic law and order to citizens. Within 24-36 hours, he was charged with multiple homicide counts.”
Rittenhouse is now being represented by some of the best legal minds in the country at Pierce Bainbridge, with help from Nicholas Sandmann’s lawyer Lin Wood.
On Friday, his legal team obtained a several-week continuance of his extradition hearing to September 25th. The lawyers say that this is an attempt to slow the rush to assassinate his character and destroy his life.
“Kyle, his family, the team at Pierce Bainbridge and his other lawyers intend to fight these charges every step of the way, take the case to trial and win an acquittal on the grounds of self-defense before a jury of his peers,” the statement reads.
The legal fees and other costs of Kyle’s defense will be provided through donations to #FightBack Foundation Inc., a Texas 501(c)(4) foundation created by John Pierce and Lin Wood to protect law- abiding American citizens whose rights are being trampled on by state and local governments that are more concerned with appeasing mobs than protecting those rights.
“A 17-year old child should not have to take up arms in America to protect life and property. That is the job of state and local governments. However, those governments have failed, and law-abiding citizens have no choice but to protect their own communities as their forefathers did at Lexington and Concord in 1775,” Pierce said. “Kyle is not a racist or a white supremacist. He is a brave, patriotic, compassionate law-abiding American who loves his country and his community. He did nothing wrong. He defended himself, which is a fundamental right of all Americans given by God and protected by law. He is now in the crosshairs of institutional forces that are much more powerful than him. But he will stand up to them and fight not only for himself, but for all Americans and their beloved Constitution. We will never leave his side until he is victorious in that fight.”
The NRA is probably too busy finding some new receiver, cartridge type, or capacity of magazine that they can negotiate away in exchange for nothing substantive. Sorry, much more important than helping in the legal defense of Kyle.
I've read that in our rural counties there are still first- and second-graders who carry a rifle to school every day with which to shoot dinner on the way home.
Strangely, even with 2A's weird and wordy first half—a wholly unnecessary attempt to explain WHY we have the God-given right to bear arms—the Second Amendment never gets around to stating an age below which you must be a victim of armed predators.
There is little you can do to convince someone who doesn't care to learn the truth. The only saving grace is that maybe a 3rd party will get redpilled on the topic. I understand the anger of watching someone who generally is quite intelligent fall prey to talking points. I got to experience it both in undergrad and grad school. I'd speak up for conservatism and share the conservative side of things in courses - while I'd get a ton of people against me and have to stand alone during class, I'd inevitably get plenty of private messages with support.
i) They will not fight fair, using a clearly defined argument that they argue point-by-point. A very small minority of lefties will be able to hold a "debate," but at this point, I'd argue most of those people are now "moderates" or are silent.
ii) In anticipation of i), be fully prepared that they will quickly jump from topic to topic and consistently demand evidence from you while neglecting to give any themselves, besides "muh feelings" or anecdotal evidence. If you have a good professor, this can somewhat be mitigated as the prof can demand that both sides participate fairly in the exchange of ideas... however, I wouldn't count on getting any support from authority.
iii) You must be very careful to not use words like "I think," "I feel," or "it seems." You need to deal directly with observable truth. I've found that it helps me stay level-headed and helps normies come to your side, since you'll appear to seek truth while the opponent seems emotional and unstable. Your mileage may vary, however.
iv) Know your stuff! You have to know EXACTLY what you're talking about, or they'll run over you. Maybe even take a "cheat sheet" of facts if you need to.
See? It's people like your "friend" here (seriously?) who need to be consigned to the gutter.
They're the problem. This is the violent mob right here.
People this dangerously ignorant should NEVER be allowed ANYWHERE NEAR a courtroom, a classroom, or the halls of government.
It's dangerous ignoramus' like this who are the sole reason we're all in this mess in the first place. They're incapable of thinking for themselves, they're helplessly gullible and suffer from any and all manner of mental instabilities (narcissism, messiah/god/cassandra complexes, a whole slew of delusions...) that impair critical thinking. And most of them are inclined towards violent behavior.
We needed to get these dangerous morons FAR AWAY from society's vital institutions decades ago. That they weren't tended to then is the reason why we're being assaulted by them now. They NEED to be excised from society and relegated to the gutter of societal irrelevance to be left to fend for themselves - the ones who aren't indefinitely incarcerated and executed for CRIMES of TREASON.
This is the most video documented self defense shooting in the history of self defense shootings. Between the 2 shooting locations there are at least 7 known public videos and likely a few unreleased.
Anyone with half an ounce of effort can readily view the videos for themselves without needing the propaganda to tell them whats in the video.
Collectively outside of head in the sand liberal NPCs who refuse to view the video and the willful liars the vast majority of people who watch the videos agree its self defense.
The MSM are trashing their credibility with their own supporters at this point and the polls show it, calls in to C span show it, anecdotes abound of liberal friends saying this is the last straw for them.
Thats why only small pockets of rioting is going on. The large organized riots are put on hold while the democrat leadership figure out how to proceed.
I think the rioters have realized that Erauqs Nemnait is about to happen if they keep on like this. (I spelled in reverse what would happen in reverse. Edit: And I screwed it up, lol!)
That is exactly the point: a bunch of rioters force the situation with a bunch of law-abiding, legally toting, "we don't have non-lethal", civilians and get a huge dose of FO after they FA.
Edit: I do mean Tianmen Square reversed in every way: civilians shooting the statists - By definition, Trump wouldn't be "doing" this.
Big advantage of taking the rioters alive, if that's possible, is plea bargaining to get to the leaders. Deep down, the vast majority of them are cowards, and they'll turn into putty in the heat of a properly functioning judiciary.
It's insane the levels of mental gymnastics they'll go to to warp the story for their own agenda.
If you told them John McClane was a Trump fan they'd argue Die Hard was a movie about a white supremacist hunting down poor peaceful European immigrants.
"Riot Kitchen" said they were going to Kenosha to provide free meals to protestors but their vans were full of ingredients for molotov cocktails and such. A smart worker at a gas station noticed hey were filling up containers with gas and called the police. The FBI arrested them. So they're pretending that they were just there to "feed the hungry" even more. Not only that but a significant number of protestors must have known what Riot Kitchen's true purpose was because they also spread the falsehood, before Riot Kitchen even got to the riot, that a whole bunch of people got sick from their food. The purpose in having all the Marxist organizers talk about how bad the food is, was to get rioters to stay away from Riot Kitchen so no one sane would go near it and thus realize it was really going to hand out molotov cocktails. The left lies about everything because they don't know how to tell the truth. They think they can control what we think simply by controlling the narrative. They don't care about the facts. They only care about getting their way. How in the world does the left believe they can usher in an era of equality and justice when everything it does is based on incompetence and lies.
The feds literally let a bunch of bomb makers back out on the streets? Did they give them their vehicles back and fill up their gas containers too? Sheesh!
Wait... he shot a man defending property not his own... so it's illegal to shoot a robber who is robbing someone else? You can't use lethal force to stop someone targeting someone else?
defense of property is almost never a justification for use of deadly force
Wrong! It most certainly is! My property defines my ability to live comfortably. You fuck with my property, you fuck with my comfort, you fuck with my body.
You try to steal something from me you get shot. Don't care if it's a candybar or the lint out of my pocket.
There is more than enough legal justification. It's called self defense. It's called good Samaritan. Unless you live in a commie shithole you have the right to shoot a burglar straight through the door.
A mugger has no reason to harm you if you simply hand over the property. So compliance should be the easiest method of deescalation. Yet it is legal to shoot a mugger because property theft is extorted under the threat of force.
But we are viewing this in a vacuum. The loss of the property may be an irreparable harm putting your life at risk. Which is why cattle thieves used to be hanged. It's just the same as shoplifting, you are taking property without direct interaction with the owner. Yet it had the death penalty. Because stealing an elderly woman's mule was the same as a death sentence for the woman.
The fallacy that human life is worth anything to society if it's entire legacy is damage to the society does not hold true. The candy bar is in fact worth more than the pile of shit that tried to steal it. Because the candy bar sale will support the shop owner and provide nutrition to a worthwhile member of society.
I get what you are doing and what you are saying, but the law is not what is just. The law is simply a rule we all agreed to follow because the people we elected have implemented that rule.
PS: Oh and before you bring up "kids shoplifting" a minor is not held responsible for their actions. Adults are.
Yeah, in almost all the country, it is. Texas is one of the few states that recognizes defending a neighbor's property. We really need to start changing some of these laws.
Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you cannot bear to hear my word. You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. But because I tell the truth, you do not believe me. Which one of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me? Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God - John 8:43-47
It is pretty infuriating, no lie. Not to worry, fren... one day, they'll realize that they're naked. Until then, we can only point, laugh amongst ourselves, and fight back with the truth. Lies travel faster, but truth ultimately withstands testing.
What a low effort disinformation campaign. Sad. Off the top of my head, I’ll just kindly rebuttal....
Minors are allowed to be in the possession of long guns and Wisconsin allows open carry (knowing laws is fun)
Don’t know what they mean by “illegally acquired” and I’m assuming that’s just vagueness to intentionally obfuscate their shitty argument
Defending property with lethal force is not always “illegal” (See: Stand Your Ground laws) but that’s a moot point regardless as there’s video footage of the pedophile attempting to violently harm Kyle. So his actions are done in self defense.
He was being chased while attempting to flee and tripped (again, video footage). One man struck him over the head with a skateboard and clearly intended to beat (possibly murder?) him. He was shot shortly after landing the first blow. This, again, is self defense.
A second man drew a pistol and began to sight it at Kyle’s head (and had later publicly stated his regrets on not successfully killing him) before Kyle fired a round striking him in the arm. Yet another case of self defense.
The mob fled and were no longer attempting to harm Kyle. Kyle got on his feet and walked to the police with both hands prominently displayed in the air and while turning around to show nothing was behind him. (And never once turned around to fire into the crowd - complete and utter bullshit).
Perhaps “We Can’t Breathe” should change their name to “We Can’t Read”
I'm so sick of the "across state lines narrative". Apparently these fucktards believe each state can make up their own rules when it comes to God given rights, applicable to every single law abiding American citizen.
When in reality, the 3 fags that were shot were felons. But I forgot, child raping is the new lgbtqfhtijgh movement.
Yes. Felon cannot possess a gun. And, as I was educated yesterday, it's a violation of their parole, AND a Fed crime, a Brady violation, you cannot possess/buy/sell a gun if convicted of a crime and sentenced for over a year.
It is mystifying to me why the one armed dickhead has not been charged yet, for possessing a gun that is 100% illegal for him to have. Kyle's gun charge is a misdemeanor. This shithead's holding a glock should put him back in jail for a few years.
They should try some breathing exercises cause, the only oppression they are experiencing is the strain of trying to get their beta-pee-brains to think.
Their insistence that he was breaking the law because of being in possession of a firearm is a moot point. Self defense in WI has a "privilege clause" that allows you to use an illegal weapon in the case of perceived harm to self or property.
939.48 Self-defense and defense of others.
(1) A person is privileged to threaten or intentionally use force against another for the purpose of preventing or terminating what the person reasonably believes to be an unlawful interference with his or her person by such other person. The actor may intentionally use only such force or threat thereof as the actor reasonably believes is necessary to prevent or terminate the interference. The actor may not intentionally use force which is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm unless the actor reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself.
939.47 Necessity. Pressure of natural physical forces which causes the actor reasonably to believe that his or her act is the only means of preventing imminent public disaster, or imminent death or great bodily harm to the actor or another and which causes him or her so to act, is a defense to a prosecution for any crime based on that act, except that if the prosecution is for first-degree intentional homicide, the degree of the crime is reduced to 2nd-degree intentional homicide.
939.45 Privilege. The fact that the actor's conduct is privileged, although otherwise criminal, is a defense to prosecution for any crime based on that conduct. The defense of privilege can be claimed under any of the following circumstances:
(1)When the actor's conduct occurs under circumstances of coercion or necessity so as to be privileged under s. 939.46 or 939.47; or
(2)When the actor's conduct is in defense of persons or property under any of the circumstances described in s. 939.48 or 939.49; or
(3)When the actor's conduct is in good faith and is an apparently authorized and reasonable fulfillment of any duties of a public office
It's illegal for him to buy a gun in WI at 17, but not illegal for him to carry one.
He didn't bring the gun from "out of state" (out of state being from his home 19 miles away). It was given to him as protection by a WI resident friend.
The first person he shot was after having left the safety of the gas station his group was protecting to put out a literal dumpster fire, at which point he was denied re-entry to the safe area by police and set upon by the rioters. He attempted to run and was chased. One of the rioters fired a handgun nearby, at which point Kyle turned and saw the first attacker - who had previously threatened him earlier in the evening - lunging at him, and fired to protect himself.
At no point did he shoot anyone to "protect property". Every shot was to protect his life from imminent threat. It's funny how none of these jackasses have anything to say about the people who came to Kenosha from outside the area to burn down buildings and attack people for trying to protect the neighborhood, rioting over a man being shot who they don't know and have no relation to. I guess it's okay for violent rioters to come from all over to burn down a city in the name of a stranger, but not okay for Kyle and his group to come from 19 miles away to defend businesses that "weren't their own."
At no point did Kyle ever "fire into the crowd". Every shot was directed at someone who was in the process of attacking him.
God damn what the fuck, how are they just lying about reality so blatantly? Are they refusing to watch any god damn videos? So having someone attempt to steal your gun, chase you, and having one of his friends fire a handgun in your direction ISNT FUCKING GROUNDS FOR SELF DEFENSE!?
There has to be some action individual people can take on this. I'm sick of doing nothing. How can we help Kyle?
Make sure whoever shares these are recorded so Mr. Wood can take appropriate actions. These monsters are so mentally ill their fantasy land in their head is so real to them that telling a lie is as easy as breathing.
Is resisting arrest illegal? What about taking a police officers tazer? Is physically assaulting an officer illegal? How about being in possession of a controlled substance? These people are demented.
This divisive rhetoric in America is why people are not trusting or believing in what the media and politicians are spinning. Also at the rate we are devolving and going backwards, the second civil war is inevitable.
Man, you said it. The day in and day out bold faced lying is bad enough, but without condemnation from people who know it not to be true but don’t care because it fits their narrative or politics is even more disgusting.
It is like these people don't understand law and when they see an event play out on video, they try and frame what they see to fit their shitty understanding of laws to fit their shitty viewpoints.
You can't purchase and not own, think about that for a second (that's called a straw purchase). Yes, it really is legal for him to open carry a long gun in WI after 16. In some states you can do that at 14 and in the context of hunting, in some states you can run around in the woods hunting at age 8 unsupervised by an adult using actual honest-to-goodness live ammunition and a functional firearm.
Well this is good news, let's just hope he gets a fair trail. Watch some liberal prosecutor try to fill the jury with black panthers like they did with OJ.
This looks just like the Covington case, and so many others. Every piece of "information" is not just incorrect, but is actually the opposite of the truth, and simply watching the video evidence of the event proves it. How do these people know he brought a gun across state lines? They don't. They just assume and treat their guess as fact.
Yeah no. He didn't shoot anyone trying to protect a business. He was attempting to put out a fire and was attacked so violently he had to shoot at the first man.
Leftists are evil.
A long comment from YouTube on Colin Noir's video:

Kyle cannot be exonerated by a jury of his peers, he is peerless. It’s like asking mice to judge a lion.
Wow. Quite the write-up.
You want actual journalism? Find a Conservative. This is how it's supposed to be done.
If anyone wants a news looking source for the bulk of this:
https://wkow.com/2020/08/28/attorneys-say-accused-kenosha-shooter-acted-in-self-defense/
Thank you! I have liberal idiots on FB also trying to paint Kyle as as a cold blooded murderer.
The liberal idiots have now defaulted to "everyone and everything I dont like is a nazi". They sure dont like those darn facts!
And they'll gleefully cozy up to pedos, rapists, and murderers to further their "muh victim!" mentality.
in addition:
The NRA is probably too busy finding some new receiver, cartridge type, or capacity of magazine that they can negotiate away in exchange for nothing substantive. Sorry, much more important than helping in the legal defense of Kyle.
Than you for compiling!

They didn't learn anything from Nick Sandman, did they? I hope these useless liars get sued to hell and back and then back to hell again.
I hope every person who knowingly spreads this info should get pinged too- even the angry cat ladies and beta males of Facebook.
If they learned they wouldn’t be commies
Exactly. Cheers!
Every single sentence is verifiable false.

Not to their feefees
sniff It was real to me!
This has backfired bigly.
The "square" part is misspelled backwards. The S should be the last letter.
LOL, I noticed and fixed it just before finding your comment ...still after it became ancient history.
It will have to be us. Our government is incapable.
Exactly.
Big advantage of taking the rioters alive, if that's possible, is plea bargaining to get to the leaders. Deep down, the vast majority of them are cowards, and they'll turn into putty in the heat of a properly functioning judiciary.
In reverse. (I screwed up the order of the s and q; fixed.)
people will see and hear what the want not what's in the video though ...
Kyle is lucky to have survived that shitshow. I am surprised he didn't shoot more of that wild zombie crowd.
True or not, you are clearly here only to incite violence.
You're clearly only here to be an ignorant jackass.
Clearly your comment was deleted for a reason. Whatever I'll stand at your side when the commies show their faces.
At this point I kinda wish they did abolish the police. We'll see how quickly these fucking riots stop and these communists are purged.
Abolish police = instant open carry!
It's insane the levels of mental gymnastics they'll go to to warp the story for their own agenda.
If you told them John McClane was a Trump fan they'd argue Die Hard was a movie about a white supremacist hunting down poor peaceful European immigrants.
Another lie they're telling....
They were all released the next day, too.
The feds literally let a bunch of bomb makers back out on the streets? Did they give them their vehicles back and fill up their gas containers too? Sheesh!
No apparently they kept their vehicles and equipment, including their phones.
BUT blm is flush with millions of dollars and can easily re-equip them fully in hours and have them back arming terrorists.
And I guarantee you that’s precisely what happened!
I have no doubt they'll reequip. I am disgusted with the Democrats. Just so disgusted!
We need 100,000 Kyle Rittenhouse's willing to do what needs to be done.
3%
Wait... he shot a man defending property not his own... so it's illegal to shoot a robber who is robbing someone else? You can't use lethal force to stop someone targeting someone else?
Sometimes the left says the darndest things.
Unless you live in a commie shithole you have the right to shoot a burglar straight through the door.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmmwddggV9M
Conservatives need to stop taking ‘the high road’ all the time.
Our enemies are lying snakes, time to cut a few heads off.
Wez wuz kangz
I'm so sick of the "across state lines narrative". Apparently these fucktards believe each state can make up their own rules when it comes to God given rights, applicable to every single law abiding American citizen.
When in reality, the 3 fags that were shot were felons. But I forgot, child raping is the new lgbtqfhtijgh movement.
Not if you participate in riots.
Yes. Felon cannot possess a gun. And, as I was educated yesterday, it's a violation of their parole, AND a Fed crime, a Brady violation, you cannot possess/buy/sell a gun if convicted of a crime and sentenced for over a year.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brady_Handgun_Violence_Prevention_Act
It is mystifying to me why the one armed dickhead has not been charged yet, for possessing a gun that is 100% illegal for him to have. Kyle's gun charge is a misdemeanor. This shithead's holding a glock should put him back in jail for a few years.
Yet they have no problems with illegals crossing state lines
The media has always “embellished” what happened otherwise they never sell papers.
There is a reason they are called “stories” and “journalists” now, when they used to be called “reports” and “reporters”
Only since Trump have they completely disconnected the truth From the story.
It’s all “fiction presented as fact”
Literally none of that is true.
The police gave no orders to him at any point.
The worst i heard was some facebook post he made talking about going to the riots, anyone got eyes on that?
I SINCERELY hope Kyle becomes the next Nick Sandman.
"No humans are illegal"
-The Left
All of a sudden they're legal scholars. Fun fact for them: did you know it's illegal to burn businesses to the ground and throw bricks at cops?
Amazing every word of what you just said was wrong.
I love how they use the term 'lawful orders' as if they even know what the fuck that means. Get the fuck out of here collectivist zombie drones.
Oh NOW they care about whether people comply with lawful orders from police...
Our chance to fix this is coming fren. Patience is a virtue.
Would it be worth it to set up a website where we track journalists who spread lies in an effort to hold them accountable?
Lots of words for someone that can't breathe.
Is resisting arrest illegal? What about taking a police officers tazer? Is physically assaulting an officer illegal? How about being in possession of a controlled substance? These people are demented.
There was a dinosaur, the first of its kind, genetically revived by scientists. Kyle killed the dinosaur and yelled, “I don’t believe in science!”
There if a provision in the law allowing 17 year olds to bear shotguns & rifles.
Kyle is going to be a very wealthy man.
Lies don’t hold water in court. Hopefully it’s not an 0bama or Soros judge.
First point. Wrong.
Second point. Wrong.
Third point. Wrong.
Fourth Point. Wrong.
Fifth Point. Wrong.
Sixth point....wrong again.
Seventh point....wrong.
Eighth point...wrong.
It is like these people don't understand law and when they see an event play out on video, they try and frame what they see to fit their shitty understanding of laws to fit their shitty viewpoints.
WE’RE TIRED OF IT!
What do you mean? I don't think that them chasing him to dis-arm him is a lie. Quite surely he would be dismembered ...
Since when do they care about fucking law and order?
Is it really even illegal for him to own a rifle? Maybe purchase but not own... lol
Oops I meant to say "illegal" not legal. I ask because my grandpa gave me a rifle when I was 15, of course it wasn't in Wisconsin.
Depends on the state. It looks like it was legal in WI and his attorney says the gun never left the state.
I can't breath
