They need to make the first move and they wont, it's just theater. Most likely they want voilent reprisal from the right, mass shooting from a Trump supporter would change the sentiment quickly. I think if they can't achieve that organically, they'll false flag it, some 'Trump militia' shooting into BLM crowd.
